Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier immediately and file a claim if necessary. Also, contact us within 24 hours to inform us of the issue. We will assist you as much as possible, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Returns and Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not typically available. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss possible resolutions.
