Printing Policy

Printing Policy

  1. Artwork and Design Submission: Customers are responsible for submitting artwork in the required format. We recommend high-resolution files (e.g., PNG, TIFF, or PSD) with transparent backgrounds for best results. If your artwork does not meet the required specifications, DTF AU PTY LTD reserves the right to request a new file or adjust the artwork as necessary, which may incur additional charges.
  2. Print Quality and Color Accuracy: While we strive to ensure that the colors on your printed garments are as accurate as possible, please note that there may be slight variations due to the nature of digital printing and different screen calibrations. DTF AU PTY LTD cannot guarantee exact color matches to your artwork.
  3. Proofing and Approval: Before printing begins, you will receive a digital proof of your design. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy, including the design, colors, and placement. Once you approve the proof, the order will proceed to printing. Any changes made after approval may result in additional costs and delays.
  4. Printing Limitations: Our DTF printing process is highly versatile, but certain fabrics or materials may produce varied results. We will advise you on the best options for your specific project to ensure optimal quality. However, DTF AU PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results due to material limitations or customer-selected garments.
  5. Production Time: Production time varies depending on the size and complexity of the order. Standard production times are typically 2-5 business days after proof approval. Rush services are available for an additional fee, subject to production capacity. Please inquire at the time of order placement for expedited options.
  6. Reprints and Errors: In the unlikely event of a printing error on our part, we will reprint the affected items at no additional cost. Claims for printing errors must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. DTF AU PTY LTD reserves the right to request the return of the original items before issuing a reprint.
  7. Customer-Supplied Garments: If you choose to supply your own garments for printing, DTF AU PTY LTD is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the printing process. We recommend testing a sample garment before proceeding with a large order.
  8. Intellectual Property: By submitting artwork for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have obtained permission from the copyright holder. DTF AU PTY LTD is not liable for any intellectual property infringements and will not proceed with printing any designs suspected of violating copyright laws.
  9. Cancellations: Once the printing process has begun, orders cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order before production starts, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are subject to approval and may incur a fee depending on the stage of production.
